ELECTRIC MUSCLE STIMULATION AND SOLO PIANO
Is the pianist playing, or being played? His control over his own limbs is interrupted by electrical impulses sent to his muscles via a MIDI controlled electric muscle stimulation device. The graphic score below depicts the pianist’s increasing loss of agency as the piece progresses.
